<title><![CDATA[先進運動會2006/07]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[在過去星期日小弟新丁參加先進運動會2006/07,那天早上乘車到達大尾篤,下車時看見大埔幫兄弟,如大師,老闆,家豪,經理,巳跟隨大隊起跑,心裡替他們打氣,自己也到大會報到,安頓行李後,來一個鬆腳,然後站一個有利位置,距離佳哥不遠,離起跑尚餘8分鐘左右,看見一個熟悉背影,原來是多咀鳥巳完成半馬賽事,也來到主霸鬆腳,當大會評判鳴笛一嚮,自己跟隨大隊向前跑當跑到1k左右,巳覺得氣喘,有可能步速快了一點,到達水站水也不飲,直奔斜坡,下斜坡時被同組選手超越自己,心想下斜坡不是自己強項,心想要留力,回到主霸尚餘300m左右,我見時機成熟,開始給壓力對手,但他也不甘示弱也加速,互相力戰一段,終於被我超越對手,直奔終點.到達終點,始次成績7k時間30:26 全場46,組別11<p><a href="http://owacyho.mysinablog.com/index.php?op=ViewArticle&amp;articleId=319448" target="_blank">(閱讀全文)</a></p>]]></description>
